What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for SIs and technology partners to enable positioning and delivery of hirify.global solutions.
  • Lead technical sales cycles, including solution design, demos, and hands-on POCs in partnership with Sales and Alliances.
  • Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Develop and maintain repeatable technical assets, including reference architectures, integration templates, and playbooks.
  • Provide technical thought leadership in enterprise AI conversations and relay partner/customer insights to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical pre-sales.
  • Strong hands-on experience with coding, APIs, and building real-world POCs in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and communicating complex technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work with partners and SIs in co-sell motions.
  • Strong understanding of scalable system design and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (hirify.global participates in E-Verify).

  • Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
