What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategies and execution plans for the most strategic customers.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple internal selling teams and stakeholders.
• Orchestrate onboarding, enablement, and go-live processes to ensure maximum platform value and ROI.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production issues and go-live status within complex organizations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement new innovations and private previews.
• Develop execution plans covering user growth, product adoption, and cloud cost optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as technical architecture, consulting, or customer success.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
• Must be based in Texas, USA.
