What you will do

• Process and upload incoming invoices daily, ensuring accurate coding and company assignment.
• Manage fixed asset invoices in accordance with company policies and capitalization guidelines.
• Onboard new vendors and maintain established vendor setup procedures.
• Support the monthly Accounts Payable close process and participate in additional AP projects.
• Monitor RPA invoice processing and troubleshoot technical exceptions or failures.
• Provide training and guidance to internal employees and external vendors on AP procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex functions.
• Working knowledge of W-9 forms and tax classifications.
• Experience reviewing contracts in relation to invoice processing.
• Must be based in Santa Monica, California.
