Senior Contracts Manager (Procurement): Drafting and negotiating complex commercial and data privacy agreements with key vendors to drive value and mitigate enterprise risk, partnering closely with the procurement team. Hybrid: on-site at Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays. Remote - USA.

$98,800 - $130,000 USD (annual base, depending on location, skills, experience).

What you will do

• Analyze, interpret, and negotiate sophisticated provisions in procurement and data privacy agreements to align with company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance on edits, non-standard terms, and policies during contract reviews.
• Review and revise standard and non-standard agreements to adhere to procedures.
• Own and optimize end-to-end contract workflow using CLM tools like LinkSquares/Zip for efficiency.
• Complete projects as needed by the legal department and partner with procurement on process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years related experience (or 6+ with advanced degree); Master's or Juris Doctor helpful.
• Extensive experience managing contracts (drafting, negotiation) in corporate environment.
• Strong negotiation, project management, risk awareness, and business acumen.
• Experience partnering with procurement, legal, security, and privacy teams.
• Knowledge of data privacy (GDPR), cybersecurity, AI in vendor contracts preferred.
• Familiarity with CLM (LinkSquares), procurement software (Zip), DocuSign.
