What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute high-volume commercial agreements.
• Serve as primary contact for business teams on contracts, guiding from intake to signature.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, Privacy, and Clinical Operations on compliance and processes.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, clause libraries, and track obligations/renewals.
• Implement and maintain CLM systems with AI-powered workflows and low-code/no-code integrations.
• Assist with corporate maintenance, entity management, and general legal support projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years in contract management, legal operations, or in-house legal support.
• Strong experience drafting/reviewing/negotiating commercial agreements (SaaS, vendor, procurement, services).
• Experience with CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM).
• Proficiency with AI-powered legal tools and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
• Strong project management, communication, and ability to handle fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• J.D. or paralegal certificate.
• Experience in healthcare/life sciences or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with healthcare agreements (BAAs, clinical services, medical device/imaging).
• Experience with multi-country contracting.
• Certified Contract Manager (CCM) or similar.
