What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate standard commercial agreements using templates and playbooks
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to support deal execution and alignment
• Manage contract lifecycle including amendments, renewals, terminations, and system accuracy
• Adhere to workflows, provide process feedback, and escalate non-standard risks
• Maintain records in CLM systems like LinkSquares and support reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years in SaaS-related contract management, legal operations, or similar
• Proven drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements in corporate settings
• Experience managing high-volume contracts with attention to detail
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk
• Hands-on with CLM tools (e.g., LinkSquares, Salesforce)
• Proficiency in workflows, playbooks, and risk escalation
