Contracts Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS subscriptions, MSAs, NDAs, and data licensing terms.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to facilitate deal execution as a practical advisor on contract risk.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle using Ironclad, tracking renewals and compliance obligations.
• Develop and maintain scalable contract templates and playbooks reflecting current product offerings.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate drafting, analysis, and redline review processes.
• Provide guidance on regulatory considerations and deliver internal training to Sales and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (non-administrative focus).
• Proven confidence in negotiating complex SaaS, vendor, and MSA contracts.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes and competing deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with bank or financial institution procurement processes.
• Proficiency with Ironclad, DocuSign, or similar CLM tools.
