What you will do
- Manage cloud cost controls by monitoring R&D spend and producing weekly health reports.
- Coordinate procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract renewals.
- Handle escalations from Support, Sales, and internal teams via JIRA.
- Perform frequent metrics reporting using various tools and source files.
- Drive security and accessibility compliance across R&D teams.
- Facilitate recurring meetings and coordinate internal people programs and events.
Requirements
- 3β6+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analysis within a technology organization.
- English: B2 level proficiency or higher required.
- Ability to adjust working hours to align with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Proficiency with JIRA and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data analytics).
- Foundational knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and basic SQL for data retrieval.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
