What you will do

• Oversee offshore BPO vendors for dispute and fraud workflows, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and SLAs.
• Manage day-to-day vendor performance through KPIs, reporting, and ongoing calibration.
• Implement audit and control processes to identify and close gaps in compliance and documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis on chargebacks and operational errors to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to improve operational clarity and dispute accuracy.
• Design and maintain SOPs for new product launches and evolving regulatory landscapes.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in vendor, dispute, or risk operations within fintech or financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z; familiarity with UDAAP and BSA/AML.
• Proven experience managing offshore BPO partners with accountability for quality and performance.
• Experience supporting multi-channel member operations across phone, chat, and email.
• Ability to build reporting and analyze performance trends across complex operations.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

• SQL or data querying experience.
• Prior experience with dispute intake and processing teams.
