Integrations Project Manager

TL;DR

Integrations Project Manager (Healthcare): Leading end-to-end client data integrations including onboarding, renewals, and enhancements with an accent on requirements gathering, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on data validation, issue resolution, performance monitoring, and ensuring seamless client experiences in fast-paced workflows.

Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid (2-3x a week in office)

What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for eligibility, data triage, and integration setup across internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead project management for new implementations, renewals, and enhancements, tracking timelines and providing status updates.
• Gather, document, and validate integration requirements while creating process flows and technical guides.
• Develop documentation for file specs, reporting, and processes; track metrics for integration health and efficiency.
• Oversee data quality checks, monitor active integrations, investigate issues, and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Operations to align on client needs and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in project management, data integrations, technical onboarding, or related fields.
• Experience with data reporting, file management, or eligibility/EDI processes strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with project tools like Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Salesforce preferred.
