What you will do

• Analyze and input data into systems, update reports, and track project timelines, budgets, and timesheets.
• Manage resource forecasting and enter data into project management tools.
• Collect, organize, and present project data and audit information.
• Ensure timesheets are submitted and approved on time.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes in the system.
• Support PMO team by preparing and delivering customer reports.

Requirements

• Fluent in business English.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, graphs).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw conclusions.
• 5+ years experience supporting project managers.
• Knowledge of IT industry and European IT market.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, time-management, and teamwork skills.
