Salary: Base $100,000–$105,000, OTE $200,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Own and grow a territory focused on Insurance accounts and manage a book of existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead full-cycle sales processes from discovery to close using the MEDDPICC qualification process.
- Conduct effective discovery and solutioning for mid-market to enterprise-level customers.
- Build and execute strategic account plans and run outbound prospecting campaigns to expand the revenue base.
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals within the insurance ecosystem.
- Utilize AI tools to drive effectiveness and overdeliver on performance targets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience selling into the Insurance industry or working within InsureTech.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in mid-market or enterprise sales environments.
- Experience selling workflow automation, no-code/low-code, eSignature, or AI operational software.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience using MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling to P&C carriers, Life & Annuities, or Health insurance providers.
- Experience working with MGAs/MGUs, insurance brokers, agencies, or TPAs.
- An existing network within insurance operations, digital transformation, or IT leadership.
- Background working at an InsureTech company.
