What you will do
- Own and segment a named account list within the Insurance vertical to drive targeted outbound and expansion strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to closing.
- Build and expand C-level relationships across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Position the SPM/ICM platform and AI capabilities to resolve complex business and revenue alignment challenges.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams to ensure long-term customer value and successful renewals.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of enterprise Software and SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling into the Insurance industry is required.
- Proven success in a hybrid hunter/farmer role, managing both net-new pipeline and account growth.
- Strong command of MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and Salesloft.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms.
- Ability to articulate the value of AI-driven insights and automation to technical and business stakeholders.
