What you will do

• Maintain and update source files for weekly metrics reporting across various tools and teams.
• Monitor R&D cloud spend (AWS, IBM, Azure), track project costs, and produce health reports.
• Coordinate procurement activities, aligning with legal, security, and R&D for vendor selection.
• Manage vendor relationships, track renewals, and handle billing and expense items.
• Handle escalations from Support and Sales via JIRA and coordinate translation projects.
• Support security and compliance tasks, including training completion and open-source tooling reviews.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analysis within tech.
• English: CEFR B2 level or higher required.
• Time zone: Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data analytics) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with JIRA and project tools like Monday.com or Asana.
• Basic knowledge of SQL SELECT queries and SDLC concepts.
