What you will do

• Gather requirements from Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations and translate into clear specifications
• Decompose regulatory requirements into actionable product and process changes
• Research third-party solutions, prepare recommendations with stakeholders
• Map stakeholders, document dependencies, produce BRDs, user stories, process diagrams
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Operations, Data on scope and timelines
• Support implementation, UAT, releases; participate in discovery, backlog grooming, sprint planning

Requirements

• B2 or higher English for international team communication
• 3+ years as Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or regulated industry
• Experience gathering/documenting requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Basic system analysis: read APIs, integration docs, collaborate with engineers
• Process modeling (BPMN, UML); low-code tools (n8n), Jira automation
• Stakeholder management, agile environments, SQL/spreadsheets, Jira/Confluence/Miro

• Background in legal/compliance, banking regulations
