What you will do

• Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to drive results and engagement.
• Analyze system complexities and product use cases to organize detailed specifications for engineering teams.
• Act as backlog owner, creating detailed business rules, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead project ceremonies, estimate work with the team, and track scope progress vs. time consumed.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure the expected performance and quality of the solution.
• Collaborate across discovery and post-implementation stages with business, strategy, experience design, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• 5+ years of experience in software consulting areas.
• Proficiency in eliciting requirements, testing, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum) and database management (specifically MySQL).
• Native Spanish speaker and Intermediate/Upper Intermediate English skills.
• Experience assembling use cases, user stories, and progress reports.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an IT-related field.
• Assurance industry experience.
• Business Analyst certification.
