Location: Remote (US). Must have legal right to work in the US. Not hiring in Alaska, California, Colorado, New York, or Washington.
Salary: $77K – $87K

What you will do
- Manage lead assignment logic and workflows to ensure speed and accuracy.
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data hygiene and organization for Sales, AM, CS, and Marketing teams.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership and commercial stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and CX Ops on cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive tool adoption through documentation and enablement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
- Confidence working with CRM platforms, with a strong preference for HubSpot.
- Experience managing lead flows and improving pipeline visibility.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on structure, logic, and precision.
- Legal right to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not provided).
- Must not be residing in Alaska, California, Colorado, New York, or Washington.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate and improve workflow.
- Advanced reporting and automation skills in HubSpot, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with lead scoring models and process automation tools.
