TL;DR

GTM Strategy and Operations Lead (SaaS): Rebuilding the Go-To-Market infrastructure and transitioning from legacy processes to a scalable, unified source of truth with an accent on AI-driven sales enablement and CRM architecture. Focus on optimizing territory planning, automating manual data workflows, and implementing precision revenue forecasting.

Location: Remote (USA). Note: Currently unable to accept applications from residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

hirify.global is a claims technology provider specializing in cloud-based claims management, virtual vehicle appraisals, and loss recovery services for P&C carriers.

What you will do

  • Integrate AI workflows for automated CRM enrichment and meeting transcription to increase AE/AM efficiency.
  • Design and maintain data-driven territory models based on account tiers, lines of business, and intent signals.
  • Own the administration and architectural design of the GTM tech stack, specifically Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
  • Develop automated, "no-touch" dashboards for Sales and Account Management leadership.
  • Build models to identify account whitespace for targeted product cross-sells and upsells.
  • Analyze projected deal values against realized billings to improve future forecast reliability.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or scale-up environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot, including the ability to lead a full CRM evaluation.
  • Proven experience implementing AI-driven sales tools to drive representative productivity.
  • Strong skills in variance analysis, territory modeling, and revenue forecasting.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding restricted states).
  • Valid US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
