What you will do

  • Clean and maintain accurate company and contact records in HubSpot to ensure high data quality.
  • Enrich prospect and customer data using tools like Clay to help Sales and Marketing prioritize target accounts.
  • Prepare segmented lists and validate data quality for outbound campaigns.
  • Build and update reports and dashboards to provide visibility into the pipeline and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify process gaps and convert raw data into insights.

Requirements

  • Currently studying business, marketing, data, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for organizing and cleaning data.
  • Comfortable learning new systems; experience with HubSpot, Clay, or Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and a sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Utrecht office (Hybrid).
