Salary: $110,200 – $124,600 USD annually

What you will do

  • Own core commercial reporting (bookings, pipeline, conversion) and build executive-level dashboards to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Lead forecast governance and revenue modeling, conducting variance analysis to improve predictability quarter over quarter.
  • Design and refine territory segmentation, account distribution models, and capacity planning to optimize coverage.
  • Manage Salesforce effectiveness, ensure data integrity, and optimize the core sales tech stack.
  • Develop scalable sales processes and maintain rules of engagement and territory governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations.
  • Strong experience owning commercial reporting specifically within SaaS environments.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills for forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario analysis.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise and hands-on experience with system configuration.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS productivity metrics, including ramp, attainment distribution, and conversion rates.
