What you will do
- Resolve daily helpdesk tickets and provide on-site technical support.
- Troubleshoot and escalate hardware, software, and network issues to appropriate teams.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
- Maintain and track inventories of all computing equipment.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
- Provide on-call support as scheduled.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Tempe, AZ
- 2+ years of IT-related work experience.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Experience with MS Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, Duo, Slack, and Teams.
- Tier 1 network support knowledge (TCP/IP, WiFi, DHCP, DNS, Cabling).
- Minimum of a High School diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT preferred.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- Experience with VOIP systems.
- Knowledge of virus and malware removal techniques.
