What you will do
- Deliver day-to-day IT service desk support for US-based and global remote users across and RateGain.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Apple and Windows devices using Jamf MDM and endpoint security tools.
- Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce platforms.
- Coordinate global hardware procurement and maintain an accurate compute asset inventory.
- Coordinate technical provisioning and onboarding for new employees globally.
- Support office infrastructure including printers, video conferencing systems, and Cisco Meraki network hardware.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Omaha, Nebraska office to support hardware setup and stocking.
- 2-4 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Technician roles, including VIP support.
- 2-4 years of professional Apple Mac desktop and laptop support experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Jamf Pro or equivalent MDM and endpoint security tools (EDR/XDR).
- Associate’s degree in IT Management or technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Apple ACSP, ITIL Foundation).
Nice to have
- Apple Genius Bar or ACSP certification.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki network equipment.
