Location: Must be based in San Jose

hirify.global Design Systems are seeking a talented, self-motivated and energetic Intern to join our Techstop Support Team @ our hirify.global San Jose Campus.

What you will do

• Assist with desktop support needs and device asset management.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot PCs.
• Provide great customer service to hirify.global local or remote desktop users.
• Collaborate and interact with direct line managers, Local IT Team and International Teams.
• Actively collaborate with cross functional groups, source experience participating in global IT projects.
• Build knowledge and experience in processes and procedures that support hirify.global’s operations.

Requirements

• Currently studying an IT course or attending a similar training program.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about technology and willingness to learn Microsoft products: (Windows 10, Office 365, Anti-Virus SW, Desktop Imaging)
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent documentation skills. Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 months

Nice to have

• Any previous experience in a supporting IT role desirable but not essential.
