Senior Agile Coach (Scrum Manager)

Senior Agile Coach (Scrum Manager): Enabling effective and predictable delivery across the CSAI portfolio by coaching teams and leaders on Agile practices and portfolio planning with an accent on scaling consistent ways of working. Focus on strengthening alignment between strategy and delivery, advancing Agile maturity, and improving flow and visibility.

What you will do

• Coach product, delivery, and technology leaders to strengthen Agile execution across multiple initiatives.
• Enable PI Planning, dependency management, and risk identification across the portfolio.
• Support consistent Agile practices, tooling, and metrics, including predictability, cycle time, and throughput.
• Facilitate workshops, road mapping, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Improve backlog quality and prioritization in partnership with Product Owners and Managers.
• Increase executive visibility through actionable insights, dashboards, and delivery health reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, coaching, or enablement roles.
• Experience coaching multiple teams and leaders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaled delivery concepts.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience serving as a portfolio Agilist or program level coach.
• Experience supporting product-centric, data, analytics, or technology organizations.
• Agile coaching certifications such as SAFe Agilist, SPC, or ICP ACC/ATF.
