$76,500 - $120,000 a year

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects, analyzing complex data to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, integrate digital tools and analytics into process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to drive change management.
  • Coach and mentor Green Belts and team members in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Engage stakeholders, communicate findings, and build continuous improvement momentum.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years leading process improvement efforts.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven track record in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to coach others in Lean Six Sigma tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or related industry.
  • Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with digital process tools, analytics platforms, or automation technologies.
