What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between product owners, stakeholders, and the development team to translate project visions into technical requirements.
• Author and maintain comprehensive Project Charters, Project Plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives, while managing the product backlog.
• Track task progress and identify bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.
• Conduct regular pre-mortems and maintain a Risk Register to proactively manage project threats.
• Coordinate with backend (Python) and frontend (JS) developers to ensure technical feasibility and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of Project Management experience within a software development environment.
• TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Proven experience managing concurrent workstreams and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Extensive experience drafting milestone task targets, risk registers, and delivery roadmaps.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution is required.

Nice to have

• Foundational knowledge of Python and JavaScript (React, Vue, or Node.js).
• Expert proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or GitLab.
• Proven track record managing Agile/SCRUM teams.
