Salary: $86,800 - $198,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead Agile teams in delivering cloud-native data and digital solutions for national security missions.
• Guide Agile execution and manage priorities to ensure alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and mission users.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and drive delivery accountability to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Remove technical and organizational blockers to maintain team efficiency.
• Translate complex technical efforts into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Proficiency in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Secret security clearance is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and possess knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) systems and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives or data platforms.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and AWS cloud platforms.
• Agile or Scrum certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
