Salary: $220,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute account strategies across national Commercial and Medicare payer segments to optimize formulary positioning.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with P&T committee members, Pharmacy Directors, and Medical Directors.
• Serve as the primary interface and negotiator for coverage, contracting, and access discussions.
• Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of COMP360 using HEOR evidence and budget impact models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Commercial Operations.
• Identify and proactively address barriers to formulary inclusion and coverage policy development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech market access.
• Significant direct experience in National payer account management within Commercial and Medicare segments.
• Proven track record securing formulary access for launch-stage specialty or breakthrough products.
• Deep knowledge of the US payer landscape, formulary decision-making, and utilization management.
• Must have valid employment rights in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Public Health, Health Economics, or Pharmacy preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in CNS/psychiatry or novel treatment modalities.
• Hands-on launch experience at a growth-stage biotech.
