What you will do

  • Lead a high-performing sales team through complex sales cycles for large multinational organizations.
  • Develop multi-faceted growth plans for Enterprise Accounts and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Strategic Alliances to align sales efforts.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and monitor market and competitor activity.
  • Launch new products into existing and expanding markets.
  • Partner with the leadership team to determine the strategic direction of the business.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of overachieving team quotas and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships and established connections at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to lead teams across different geographical locations in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience using AI and AI-related technologies to drive business efficiency and results.
