Salary: $76,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the day-to-day administration and governance of Seismic to ensure revenue teams have the correct AI messaging.
- Design and execute an onboarding program to help new hires master Compose SDK positioning and the competitive landscape.
- Lead ongoing training sessions for AEs, ADRs, and AMs, translating complex product updates into sellable insights.
- Partner with GTM leadership to build an enablement roadmap focused on driving win rates and quota attainment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Hands-on, admin-level experience with Seismic, including building logical content structures.
- Proven track record of building or revamping onboarding programs with data-driven results on time-to-first-deal.
- Ability to translate technical product specifications from engineering into value-based language for sales.
- Ability to thrive and work independently in a remote environment.
