What you will do

  • Develop and execute proactive outbound strategies to build a qualified pipeline of mid-market and enterprise commercial clients.
  • Lead discovery conversations, craft tailored proposals, and deliver persuasive pitches to articulate agency value.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with CMOs, communications directors, and VP-level decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining accurate pipeline data in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to scope new engagements accurately.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to contribute to upsell and cross-sell strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of closing five and six-figure deals with complex buying cycles.
  • Familiarity with communications disciplines such as PR, content, brand, digital, or media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal and pitch writing.
  • Comfort with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales forecasting.
  • Must be based in the USA (as indicated by US-specific benefits).
