Salary: $98,265 - $110,250 USD

What you will do

• Secure new significant 6+ figure national corporate partners to meet $1M+ individual and team revenue goals
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through prospecting and moves management
• Develop partnership proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with legal counsel
• Collaborate with chapters, revenue functions, brand, and marketing on opportunities and activations
• Ensure regular stakeholder communications on pipeline and goals while upholding brand standards
• Track corporate partnership sales industry best practices and exchange information across departments

Requirements

• 7+ years total experience, including 5+ years in corporate sales, fundraising, business development, marketing, or strategic alliances
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Direct knowledge of nonprofit fundraising in the corporate channel
• Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, sales, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle confidential relationships and multiple projects under deadlines
• Ability to thrive in remote environment with up to 30% travel and flexible hours including weekends/evenings

• Knowledge of Better Business Bureau standards for charitable solicitations
