Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 base + $30,000 - $40,000 variable

What you will do
- Lead strategic partnerships with key enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact, building executive-level trust.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive significant expansion and increase customer lifetime value.
- Manage account renewal and expansion goals, providing accurate forecasting and negotiating contracts.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with C-suite stakeholders to demonstrate strategic alignment and impact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Cultivate customer advocacy through executive-level case studies and speaking engagements.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Spanish is required.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Account Management with large, complex clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding customer retention and expansion goals.
- Strong ability to communicate and influence C-suite leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time for client engagements.
