What you will do

• Traffic inbound campaign requests and coordinate team resources to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage the receipt, organization, and distribution of briefs, materials, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with Media and Creative teams to ensure action items are completed and resolve project bottlenecks.
• Source and manage influencers across various social platforms in coordination with the Media team.
• Perform QA on creative assets to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality delivery.
• Support budgeting and invoicing, including tracking POs and billable tasks within internal dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in media, campaign management, or digital marketing (highly preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high responsiveness.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
