What you will do

• Perform order and task entries in various systems based on client requests.
• Coordinate information and assets across teams to eliminate project blockers.
• Generate project status reports with a focus on "At Risk" and "Overdue" queues.
• Source archival materials and stage assets on production servers following SOPs.
• Lead production calls and maintain clear communication with Project Managers and clients.
• Develop training programs and provide mentorship and support to other Project Coordinators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in film, media, business administration, translation, or linguistics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in translation, localization, digital media, or production project management.
• Proficiency in English required; additional language skills are highly desired.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of data, file, and media asset management systems.
• Must be based in Burbank, CA for full-time on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience with translation/localization workflows and management tools.
• Knowledge of professional subtitling, dubbing, or audio/video editing software.
