Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Fully remote within AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI

Salary: $135,000–$163,000 per year, plus equity stock options. Compensation is adjusted based on the location where the position is filled.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-visibility product design initiatives across enterprise tools, consumer mobile applications, and internal systems.
• Define scalable UX patterns, design systems, components, and accessible interaction standards across products.
• Conduct strategic design research, synthesize user feedback and data, and translate findings into product strategy.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery and research synthesis, evaluate AI-powered opportunities, and design features with clear interaction patterns, error states, and edge cases.
• Mentor designers, facilitate workshops and critiques, and establish effective practices for using AI in design.
• Communicate design rationale to executives and cross-functional partners while measuring outcomes through user and business metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Advanced UX/UI, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and accessible design skills across mobile and web platforms.
• Experience establishing design standards, scalable design systems, and best practices for product teams.
• Experience integrating user research and data analysis into strategic product decisions, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for discovery, research synthesis, and prototyping, with sound judgment about AI-generated outputs.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, plus exceptional communication and mentoring skills.
