TL;DR

Group Fulfillment Specialist (HR/Benefits): Managing the intake, submission, and confirmation of group health insurance selections for small businesses with an accent on carrier liaison and eligibility compliance. Focus on navigating carrier portals, resolving information gaps, and ensuring high-quality plan adherence.

Location: Hybrid in Denver (expected in office 2-3 days per week)

Salary: $20.50–$23.90 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end enrollment for group health insurance, including intake, submission, and confirmation.
  • Liaise with insurance carriers via specialized portals to process orders and navigate approval workflows.
  • Review customer data against carrier eligibility standards to proactively mitigate errors.
  • Collaborate with Licensed Benefits Advisors and customer-facing teams to deliver benefits packages on schedule.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for carriers to resolve information gaps or plan changes.
  • Identify and escalate opportunities for workflow enhancements to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare, health insurance, finance, or a startup.
  • Must be based in the Denver area to satisfy hybrid office requirements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
  • Experience in metrics-based roles where data accuracy and KPIs are central to success.
  • Strong background in high-volume data entry and administrative processing under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to proactively leverage and master emerging AI tools to drive efficiency.
