What you will do

• Lead design initiatives for complex, data-intensive B2B product areas.
• Translate technical systems (data pipelines, scoring models, AI outputs) into human-centered workflows.
• Design agentic capabilities that guide users from insight to action.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to create intuitive UX.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system to support emerging AI patterns.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Experience designing data-rich analytics-driven B2B or enterprise web applications.
• Proficiency in designing AI-powered or ML-informed product experiences.
• Familiarity with LLM-driven interfaces and automation workflows.
• Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Fluency in English.
