What you will do

• Partner with PMs and engineers to define user problems and design data-informed solutions for core products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for mobile and web features.
• Lead UX explorations for complex workflows in car ownership management.
• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate to evolve the design system across products.
• Apply AI to enhance clarity, personalization, and automation in experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing consumer-facing mobile or web products
• Portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking, data-informed decisions, and clean interface design
• Ability to translate complex data and requirements into simple workflows
• Comfortable collaborating with PMs, engineers to scope, prioritize, and iterate
• Skilled in Figma and rapid prototyping tools
• Understanding of design systems for consistency and scale
• Excellent communication to articulate design rationale

• Experience in marketplaces, fintech, insurance, or mobility
