Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Create user-centered content for complex application workflows, subscriptions, and onboarding journeys.
• Develop and evolve design system writing style guides, reusable patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to translate requirements into effective content solutions.
• Guide content recommendations through design critiques and collaborative workshops.
• Ensure all content aligns with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage multiple high-priority content solutions in a multi-language and multi-currency product environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or digital product content strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, UX Design, or related field.
• Experience designing application flows and user guidance for complex enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Figma and Confluence.
• Must be able to work from the Salt Lake City office Monday-Thursday.
• Portfolio or website showcasing relevant work is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI-assisted content tools.
• Background in financial services or other heavily regulated industries.
