What you will do

• Build and maintain professional relationships with lottery retailers to support long-term sales growth.
• Manage retailer routes through the Procall system to drive incremental Instant Games sales.
• Guide retailers on ordering decisions using inventory levels, sales history, and ordering patterns.
• Analyze system data to identify sales opportunities and improve inventory outcomes.
• Explain lottery games, features, and pricing to retailers and customers.
• Document all interactions and transactions within the Procall system.

Requirements

• Secondary-level education, including Mathematics and English Language.
• Minimum of one year of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer-focused sales.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic data analysis skills and comfort working with sales trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a target-driven environment.
