Salary: GTQ 9,000 base + unlimited commissions

What you will do

  • Respond to inbound leads via GoHighLevel (GHL) in real time (within 5 minutes).
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails to secure patient bookings and deposits.
  • Manage and optimize CRM pipelines, funnels, and lead stages to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Re-engage inactive leads through structured monthly reactivation campaigns.
  • Convert social media interest from Instagram and Facebook into qualified lead opportunities.
  • Submit KPI performance reports to leadership and support strategic business growth projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of overall formal work experience.
  • English proficiency: C2 (Native or near-native) required.
  • Must be based in Guatemala.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing high-volume follow-up processes.
  • Own webcam, microphone, computer, and reliable internet (100 Mbps or more).

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, or medical sales.
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram lead management.
  • Previous experience as a remote SDR or patient coordinator.
  • Knowledge of sales reporting and pipeline optimization.
