What you will do

• Source new sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets under Business Development direction
• Convert outreach into qualified client meetings and RFP submissions for relevant teams
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, lead status, and pipeline progression
• Manage unassigned accounts
• Tailor outreach messaging and channel strategies to individual prospect needs
• Present accurate information and resources about Premier’s services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences, business, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably in CRO, pharma, or life sciences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for compelling outreach
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and develop prospecting strategies
• Highly organized and self-motivated in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable in tech-forward, AI-enabled environment with continuous improvement focus
• Travel up to 20%
