Location: Remote - US. Some travel is required.

Compensation: $175,000 - $315,000

What you will do

• Drive technical wins through solution design, demos, and POVs in competitive sales cycles.
• Create industry playbooks with personas, discovery questions, and value propositions for 1-2 verticals.
• Shape messaging by translating technical capabilities into business outcomes with Product and Marketing.
• Enable Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams with tools, playbooks, and training.
• Engage executives in key pursuits to validate solution fit and strategy.
• Represent hirify.global as thought leader at industry events and forums.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or GTM Strategy in supply chain technology.
• Deep expertise in at least two core industry verticals.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL, analytics, and AI/ML.
• Proven experience in enterprise sales cycles, demos, solution design, and scoping.
• Ability to architect solutions from customer needs and communicate to technical/executive audiences.
• Executive presence and builder mentality for scalable frameworks.
