TL;DR
Director, Business Value Services (BVS) (HealthTech): Driving value-based selling and business case rigor across the Health division with an accent on quantifying financial and strategic value for large, complex deals. Focus on developing C-level narratives, building robust ROI models, and accelerating deal velocity through value engineering.
Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Waltham, MA or Philadelphia, PA. Must have direct experience in the US healthcare market.
Salary: $165,400.00 - $295,600.00 USD + Bonus

What you will do
- Partner with Sales on high-value accounts to shape deal strategy and maximize ACV/TCV.
- Build data-driven business cases quantifying revenue growth, cost optimization, and clinical efficiency.
- Develop and deliver C-level narratives for CFOs, COOs, and CIOs regarding ROI and strategic impact.
- Identify and remove barriers to closing deals to improve win rates and pipeline conversion.
- Equip and coach sales teams with value-based proposals and financial ROI tools.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align value propositions with market needs.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or Enterprise SaaS/HealthTech.
- Direct experience in the US healthcare market (Health systems, IDNs, Payers) is required.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows, RCM, value-based care, and quality metrics.
- Expertise in financial modeling, ROI calculation, and structured problem solving.
- Proven track record of C-level stakeholder engagement and executive storytelling.
- Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in high-ambiguity environments.
