Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000+ OTE annually

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders on growth strategy, digital transformation, and go-to-market optimization.
• Diagnose and design solutions connecting enterprise goals to omnichannel content, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
• Lead presales engagements and initiatives to grow vertical practices and increase agency revenue.
• Create and scale industry playbooks, case studies, and enablement materials.
• Represent the company through industry events, speaking engagements, and published thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, management consulting, or digital transformation.
• Deep expertise in at least one of these verticals: Healthcare, Higher Education, Manufacturing, or Financial Services.
• Proven track record of winning and growing accounts and delivering measurable ROI.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with VP/SVP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.
• Residency in CT, FL, GA, IA, MA, MD, NC, OH, RI, SC, or TN is required.
