Salary: $120,360 – $228,840

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex services agreements.
• Provide legal, commercial, and contract guidance in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with the development of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Identify and mitigate legal, technical, and business issues and risks.
• Resolve contract-related disputes and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Tax, and Accounting functions.
• Analyze financial data and business concepts to assess the impact of alternative contractual actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience working on complex contracts and negotiations, including drafting and interpreting agreements.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; experience with contracts in both languages.
• Must be based in the USA (within a 50-mile radius of a major airport).
• Willingness to travel 10% annually.
• Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload.

Nice to have

• Masters or Juris Doctorate degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology transactional support.
• 2+ years of experience with outsourcing agreements.
