Salary: $98,800 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Analyze, interpret, and negotiate sophisticated provisions in sales, professional services, and data privacy agreements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on non-standard terms, policies, and commonly requested edits.
• Review and revise agreements to ensure adherence to standard company policies and procedures.
• Assist with legal review and responses for RFPs and RFIs.
• Manage the full contract review workflow from initial request through routing for signatures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree).
• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex workloads and proactively anticipate issues.
• Strong risk awareness and the ability to recognize risk elements in business transactions.
• Must be based in the US and able to work on-site in Westlake/Dallas, TX on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree or Juris Doctor.
• Experience with data privacy rules and contracts.
• Experience with contract management systems such as Icertis.
• Experience with electronic signature software like DocuSign.
• Prior experience working in a SaaS company or highly regulated industry.
