Salary: $185K – $200K + Equity

What you will do

• Shape and execute the global community strategy to support revenue growth and business expansion.
• Identify and empower community champions and power users across the customer base.
• Design and implement the operating model and tools required to scale programs globally.
• Develop measurement frameworks to link community activity to activation, retention, and revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal Engineering, Product, and Brand teams.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling programs from 0 to 1 in Growth, Product, or Community roles.
• Strong project management skills and ability to execute with speed and precision.
• Data-driven approach to strategy with the ability to set and analyze KPIs.
• Ability to create useful and memorable events.
• Comfortable collaborating across different functions and regions in a fast-paced environment.
