Developer Advocate (AI)

Location: On-site in the San Francisco office near Embarcadero station

Base salary: $150K–$250K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s voice with the developer community and grow visibility, trust, and adoption.
• Represent System One AI through talks, demonstrations, conferences, partnerships, webinars, meetups, hackathons, and workshops.
• Own the developer experience across documentation, tutorials, cookbooks, SDKs, API references, demos, and other developer collateral.
• Engage with developers through Discord, conferences, in-person events, and community programs.
• Design and run early-access, beta, red-teaming, and bug-bounty programs.
• Synthesize developer needs and feedback while collaborating with product, marketing, engineering, operations, and leadership.

Requirements

• Fluent understanding of LLMs, the AI market, LLM performance, major developer ecosystems, and APIs.
• Deep developer empathy, excellent listening and synthesis skills, and experience running usability tests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• More than 3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer advocate.
• Willingness to work fully in person in the San Francisco office.
